- Q: Do I have to take all the cards in the group?
- A: Yes, because we produce our cards in large uncut sheets (blank on the back) which contain all four cards in each group. Note: You can order your cards in this sheet format and run them through your laser printer or take them to your local printer. This makes it convenient if you don't know ahead of time what your text will be. When you choose this option, you receive a 10% discount on your cards.

- Q: What kind of photo do I need if I want my picture on the back of my cards?

A: Your photo will appear in black and white on your cards, but we can work with a full-color or black and white photo, preferably with a glossy finish. Optional color photo on cards for an extra fee. The picture should be sharp and clear with good contrast between your hair and the background. A hard copy of your photo is preferred if possible.
Generally we can also work with a photo on a disk. Please be sure the disk has your name, address and phone number on it.
If you must e-mail your photo, please check to be sure that it is a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch). This is important for achieving the best resolution when printed. It should be sent in a .tif or .jpg format.

- Q: Are all of my cards printed at the same time?
- A: Yes, unless you want some groups printed now and some left blank. You must specifically request this in writing on your order if you choose this option.

- Q: How much does it cost for the mail house to do my cards "hands-free?"
- A: Including 1st class postage, the charge is .29 (per card) for mailing 1,000+ cards and .33 (per card) for less than 1,000 cards. That covers all of the mailing services. (It does not cover the cost of the card.) It includes first class postage (All of your cards will be imprinted with the mail house's bulk permit.) It also includes addressing, bar-coding, bundling, sorting, warehousing and delivering to the post office per scheduled mailing.
For our Greeting Cards, we ask that you call for a quote.

- Q: How are my cards shipped?
- The cards are sent UPS Ground. If you need your cards sooner, just let us know and we can send them by 2nd Day Air or Overnight UPS or Fed Ex.
